Despatch Time

We aim to despatch all items within 2 working days unless you have requested a specific delivery/collection date.

Delivery service

All UK orders are despatched using the Royal Mail Standard 1st Class delivery service unless otherwise specified. Clients are welcome to arrange delivery themselves, in which case we are only responsible for handing the order to their chosen courier and the customer accepts all responsibility for the successful delivery of the order.

Cost

Standard delivery cost is £5 per order, as long as, the parcel is under 30 kg in weight and 80 cm x 50 cm x 50 cm in length, width and height. We may, from time to time offer free delivery for qualifying orders, if your order qualifies you will see this option during checkout.

Please note that circumstances beyond our control such as postal delays and force majeure can sometimes cause delays to deliveries. In each case we will contact you as soon as possible and endeavour to find a fast resolution.
